We combine direct approaches with more broadly based recruitment as part of our mandate services. We will sit down with you to define the ideal candidate’s profile as well as the type of people to be approached. We will also “sound out” potential candidates by phone, conduct face-to-face interviews and prepare structured and informative files to present the most suitable candidates to you.
