What does Human Professional Personalberatung do?

Human Professional Personalberatung is a boutique recruitment consultancy based in Zurich. We place qualified specialists and executives in permanent positions, across Assistance, Human Resources & Payroll, Finance & Controlling and Real Estate & Construction.

Which fields do you recruit for?

Four: Assistance, Human Resources & Payroll, Finance & Controlling and Real Estate & Construction. Each has its own consultant who knows that market.

Do you also place temporary staff?

Our focus is on permanent commercial positions. That deliberate specialisation is what lets us know the market's requirements and offer a precise fit for companies and candidates alike.

How does working with you as a company work?

Three ways, depending on the vacancy. On a mandate basis we recruit exclusively for you and stay with the search until the position is filled. With direct search we approach your preferred candidates ourselves. On a success basis we start with a thorough analysis of the role and your needs, so you only see candidates who match them.

What does it cost?

The costs are set out transparently before recruitment begins, so you know where you stand before the search starts.

How do I apply?

Either to one of our open positions, or with a speculative application if nothing suitable is advertised. Both lead to the same form, and we come back to you personally.

Is my application treated confidentially?

Yes. We work discreetly and professionally and can also support a confidential search. Your documents are not passed to any company without your prior agreement.

What happens after I apply?

We hold preliminary conversations by telephone and personal interviews, and prepare structured, meaningful dossiers. Our consultants bring professional experience from their own field and can judge whether your profile matches a role's requirements.

How long has Human Professional Personalberatung existed?

Since 2007. Professionals with profile and professionalism, more than 18 years in the Zurich market.

Where can I find you?

At Wright-Strasse 9, 8152 Glattpark (Opfikon), near Zurich. By telephone on +41 44 267 90 90.
